Domestic Shipping

Courier Service: We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Flat Rate Shipping Fees: A flat rate shipping fee will apply to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on the destination. Typically, your parcel will arrive within 2-3 business days.

 

Please Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

International Shipping
How to Order: For international orders, please contact us directly at info@smoak.co.za. We will assist you in placing your order and provide you with shipping options and costs.
Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Delivery Issues
Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other factors may impact delivery times.
Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us immediately at info@smoak.co.za.

 

We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer a convenient local pickup option for our customers. You can pick up your order every Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for collection at our designated pickup location. Please note that this service is available only on Saturdays, so plan accordingly to enjoy your Smoak products at your convenience!

 

Alternative Pickup Arrangements
If you need to pick up your order on a different date or time, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements. This will only be possible if agreed upon and confirmed by us beforehand. We strive to accommodate your needs while ensuring smooth operations.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

 

Return and Exchange Timeframe
You have 7 business days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item.

 

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.

 

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order online.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

 

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
