Return and Exchange Timeframe
You have 7 business days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order online.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
